RCWT: Measuring Task-Budget Displacement from Coordination Content in LLM Calls

Multi-agent and memory-augmented LLM systems often place coordination content, shared state, prior discussion, tool outputs, summaries, and role instructions, inside the same finite prompt used for the current task.
