Beyond Binary Detection: A Multi-Dimensional Taxonomy of Cancer Misinformation on Reddit

Cancer-related discussions on social media provide an important space for information exchange and peer support, but also facilitate the spread of misinformation that may influence prevention, screening, and treatment decisions.
