ANCHOR: Automated Alignment Auditing for CLI Agents on Real-World Harm

Autonomous CLI agents can now execute hundreds of actions across multi-hour sessions: writing code, executing shell commands, browsing the web, and managing cloud infrastructure, all with minimal human oversight.
