Overcoming Fourier Locking in Quantum Data Re-uploading Classifiers via Spectral Homotopy
Data re-uploading parameterized quantum circuits (DRU-PQCs) are universal function approximators, yet their expressivity produces oscillatory, non-convex loss landscapes that resist gradient-based optimization.
