Progression as Latent Drift: Generative Forecasting of Slow-Evolving Pathologies

Forecasting the future anatomy of slow-evolving neurodegenerative diseases could enable earlier, more targeted intervention and improve clinical trial design, but it remains challenging because true progression signals are subtle in longitudinal MRI.
